Shipping policy

All readings are delivered via email within 24 hours of confirming your questions for your reading. Please check junk folders and spam if you have not received this. If you have not received your reading within 24 hours, please contact me so I can resend. In instances beyond my control where I am unable to complete your reading within 24 hours, I will communicate this with you and endeavour to have your reading to you within the following 72 hours. If this is still unachievable, you will either be notified when the reading can be completed, or you can receive a full refund.
